Our suites fill up quickly during peak seasons and holidays. We encourage you to reserve your pet’s stay well in advance to ensure they have a safe play to stay while you’re away.
We require a 50% deposit to hold a reservation. You must cancel your reservation at least 72 hours before your dog’s scheduled arrival in order to receive a refund for your deposit. Letting us know well in advance saves you money and allows us to offer your space to the next client in line.
During holidays* and peak seasons, including spring break, we require a minimum stay of three nights, and a 100% deposit is required at the time of reservation.
*Holidays include Christmas, Thanksgiving, July 4th, and New Years Day. Boarding is available on these days, but there is no pick up or drop off.
